Your time is valuable — and so is mine. To keep things fair for everyone, I kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance of your booked session.

If you cancel within 24 hours, or miss your appointment without notice, the session will be charged in full. This allows me to manage my schedule and offer appointments to clients on the waiting list.

I completely understand that emergencies happen — if you’re running late or something unexpected comes up, please get in touch with me as soon as possible.
